Refund Policy

Money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your commentary, we will refund you in full — no questions asked — within 14 days of purchase.

How to request a refund

Email us at hello@finnarrate.com within 14 days of your purchase, using the email address you paid with. You don't need to give a reason. We will process the refund to your original payment method, usually within a few business days.

Note on immediate delivery

Because your commentary is generated and delivered immediately, you consent at checkout to that immediate performance (see our Terms of Service). This guarantee is offered voluntarily and goes beyond your statutory rights, which are unaffected if the service is faulty or not as described.
