Terms of Service

1. The service

Finnarrate is an online tool that takes the profit-and-loss figures you enter and uses artificial intelligence to generate a draft written commentary (such as a management summary, board report, or investor update). The commentary is an AI-generated, automated draft. You pay per commentary; there is no subscription.

2. Price

The price shown is the total amount payable in euro.

3. Right of withdrawal (cancellation)

As a consumer entering a distance contract for a digital service you normally have 14 days to cancel. Because we generate and deliver your commentary immediately at your request, by asking us to generate it immediately when you pay you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose this 14-day right of withdrawal once the commentary has been generated. This does not affect your statutory rights if the service is faulty or not as described.

4. Not financial advice

Finnarrate provides AI-generated commentary for information only. It is not financial, accounting, audit or investment advice and is not a substitute for a qualified accountant or other professional adviser. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all figures and commentary before you use or rely on them. We accept no liability for decisions made on the basis of the output.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service for any unlawful purpose or to submit data you do not have the right to submit;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service;
• resell or redistribute the service as if it were your own automated product without our agreement.
